All orders ship within 2-3 Weeks.   

Once an order ships, we provide freight tracking information. Freight companies will also place a call ahead to ensure that someone will be present at the time of delivery. Drivers are very helpful in assisting in unloading items, although they are not required. Orders are insured and in the unlikely event there is damage caused by freight you will not be held accountable and replacements will be delivered free of charge.

UPS Information

Small orders (ex. posts and accessories) can be shipped by way of UPS.

(note: Fence panels and Gates can NOT ship by way of UPS)


 Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that items are delivered damaged, we ask that you take a couple of pictures and e-mail them to us at  Photos are needed for us to file a claim against the carrier and to expedite your replacement items. You must notify Direct AFG within 10 days of delivery of damages. Direct AFG and freight carriers will not be held liable for any damage claims made more than 10 days after the delivery date of your shipment.
  Missing Items:

  Please be sure to inspect all boxes and use the order confirmation (Pink copy delivered with order) to verify quantities ordered. After inspecting all boxes, if you believe an item is missing contact us (1.888.622.3040) with details of items missing. You have 10 days to notify if items are missing from your order. Replacement items will be expedited.
